This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team in supporting a wonderful man in his home.

This individual is friendly, funny, and a passionate music lover — someone who brings joy to those around him. We're seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and empowering care.

Location: Footville, WI
Wage: $16.32 per hour
Schedule: Care is needed 7 days per week: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
                        Up to 30 hours per week to be scheduled by the member. 

Required Tasks: Assist with ADLs (personal cares) 
                                    Assist with feeding at mealtimes
                                    Catheter care
                                    Housekeeping
                                    Hoyer lift transfers
                                    Meal prep

Qualifications: 
• Reliable transportation 
• Prior experience working with people with physical disabilities
• Prior experience with catheter care and Hoyer lift transfers
• Age 18 or older at start of employment 
• Willing to undergo a background check
