This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

In-Home Caregiver Opportunity – Weekend & Evening Shifts Available

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are eager to make a meaningful difference.

Schedule

• Fall Shifts: Friday afternoons, and weekends (all day Saturday & Sunday)

Pay

• $20/hour – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW)

• $30/hour – Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide total assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Transfers in/out of bed using a patient lift/Hoyer

• Personal care: brushing teeth, washing hair, dressing/undressing

• Toileting, including measuring intake/output

• Trach care & oral suctioning

• Tube feeding support

Experience & Requirements

• Caregiving experience preferred; RN, CNA, or PCW credential required for pay scale

• Must pass a background check

• Current flu & COVID vaccinations required

Equipment You’ll Work With

• Patient lift/Hoyer

• Ventilator (requires trach training)

• Cough Assist Machine

• Suction Machine

• Blood Pressure Cuff
