This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a kind and reliable Weekend Caregiver to provide support to a Chetek woman in the comfort of her own home. The client is a strong advocate for herself, communicates her needs clearly, and has a great sense of humor.   The ideal candidate cares about improving clients' lives by making sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.    
  
LOCATION:  Chetek, WI  
WAGE:  $16.32 per hour  
  
SCHEDULE:   2.5 hours per weekend: 1.25 per day to be split into 2 shifts of 30 or 45 minutes each shift.        
                        Saturday and Sunday Mornings: Start time 10AM    
                        Saturday and Sunday Late Afternoon/Early Evening: Return 4pm 
                                                                                
TASKS:   
•             Light housekeeping/organizing   
•             Medication assistance     
  
REQUIREMENTS:   
•             Criminal/Caregiver background check required    
•             Reliable transportation   
•             Experienced in assisting with medication administration   
•             Member prefers FEMALE caregiver
