This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Part-time Caregiver needed Afternoons to assist a lovely young man in Madison area in his family's home. 
Must have some experience working with Autism clients as he does have a family member that will be in the home. 

Needing someone who loves animals, as he has a beautiful tortoise. He is very funny and laid back, enjoys gaming, art, writing and computers. 

Hours: 
Second Shift
21 Hours a week 

Wage:
$16.32-$18 based on experience level

Tasks: Verbal Motivation for Client to assist with the following: 
            • Reliable and Dependable 
            • Preference for no cell phone usage at work
            • Client Preference for older caregiver
            • Verbal Assistance with Personal Cares
            • Cleaning personal spaces
            • Meal Prep/Cooking 
            • Companionship
            • Mileage reimbursement for errands
            • Must have professional experience working with Autism clients 
            
*Must have experience working with Mental Health Clients
*Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required to do errands
*Background check must be passed prior to hire.
