This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable In-Home Caregiver to support a wonderful woman living independently in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Our member leads a holistic lifestyle, prioritizing organic foods and avoiding the use of toxic chemicals in her home. Location: Madison, WI (Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahar area)

Wage: $16.32 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 8-12 hours per week – 8 hours to start then gradually move up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with light personal cares (shower/hair washing)
• Perform supportive homecare tasks, including light housekeeping, laundry & shopping
• Prepare healthy, organic meals — baking & cooking skills are a plus
• Ensure a clean, chemical-free environment in line with the client’s preferences
• Community outings and errands

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, & auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience
• Restaurant or culinary background is highly desirable
• Familiarity with natural/organic living practices
• Willing to undergo a background check
