This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you a compassionate Caregiver looking for a position that has reliable hours, dependable income and Long Term? Are you wanting a position that builds meaningful connections and helps others?

Schedule:
Second Shift and First Shift weekends only

Compensation:
Wage starting at $16.32 an hour

What a Day to Day looks like for this Client
            • 1:1 caregiving, in their own home, assisting them to live their best life!
            • Personal Cares, bathing, toileting and grooming
            • Wheelchair Transfers with Hoyer assist required
            • General Housekeeping, laundry,
            • Meal Prep and clean up
            • Assistance with Feeding

*Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check
*Must have reliable transportation
