This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Wages: Starting at $18-20 an hour


All Shifts available: Great for working around your school schedule!


What a Day to Day looks like for this Client

· Client prefers COVID 19 Vaccinations OR wearing of full PPE on shift from staff due to being immuno-suppressed (vaccination preferred)

· 1:1 caregiving, in their own home, assisting them to live their best life!

· Personal Cares: Hoyer assisted Showering, Dressing and changings

· Medication Administration

· Physical Therapy Exercises

· Meal prep and Feeding

· Light housekeeping

· Firm redirection of behaviors


*Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check

*Must have reliable transportation
