JOB SUMMARY
Caregiver Entry Associates I are responsible for entering and validating all caregiver packets into our payroll system. Work collaboratively with multiple departments to problem solve, maintain and update caregiver records within multiple platforms to ensure accurate payroll processing.
JOB DUTIES
- Process all caregiver documents into our payroll system accurately and timely
- Validate all documents for accuracy and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Run reports, work tasks and emails timely to comply with payroll deadlines
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate a heavy work flow
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects while prioritizing and multitasking
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate dependability, effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Engage in and facilitate positive and cohesive team environments
- Exhibit computer efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain a hybrid work schedule, with the ability to commute to the Missoula, MT office.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Suite
- Data entry experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior office experience preferred
- Basic payroll knowledge preferred
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
