This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a caregiver with experience working with adult clients with Autism. One who is calm and collected to help a lovely nonverbal man by taking him out in the community and to church. 

Schedule:
Thursdays or Tuesdays & Sundays 
10-15 hours a week 

Compensation:
$16.32-$18 based on experience
Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities:
• Stand by and assist for balance
• Assisting with wiping and pull-up changes
• Companion while taking him out shopping, to church, and to his mother's house
• Reliably communicate with the adult home supervisor and guardian 

Requirements:
•  Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation for taking out client
•  Background check before hire
•  Must have background experience working with adults with Autism
•  Preference for caregivers who are kind, patient, and have exceptional reliability
