This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Care Companion (8–10 PM) – Watertown, WI
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Daily, 8:00–10:00 PM (rotating with another caregiver)

We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate Evening Caregiver to support an independent woman in her home. This is a calm, consistent 2 hour shift focused on comfort, dignity, and a smooth evening routine.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with evening personal care
• Complete a digital bowel program
• Support bedtime routine (changing, creams, catheter setup)
• Set up non invasive ventilator
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Provide showers ~3 times/week

About the Individual:
• Independent and values autonomy
• Advocate for disability and LGBTQ+ rights
• Enjoys humor, connection, and a positive care environment
• Has friendly cats

You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have personal care experience
• Are warm, dependable, and communicative
• Have a good sense of humor
• CNA is a plus but not required

Requirements:
• Driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and insurance
• Must be 18 years or older
