This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Care Companion Aide Caregiver to support a female living independently in Cuba City, WI.
The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, active, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
 
Location: Cuba City, WI
Wage: $16.32 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
• Up to 8 hours a week
• Flexible schedule
• Monday- Friday shift
• Morning Hours

Job Duties
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (bathing, toileting, and grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Helping with Meal Preparation
• Monitoring for Fall Risk
• Transporting to/from appointment
• Running Errands (such as grocery shopping)
• Companionship and Social Engagement

Qualifications
• Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle required
• Must pass a background check before hiring
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Ability to remain in motion during shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Direct support experience is highly desirable
• Must be ok with dogs and birds
