JOB SUMMARY
 
The Integration Solutions Analyst I will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting systems related to data integrations and data platforms. This position will also support other IT systems and software.

Candidates who reside within traveling distance to Missoula, Montana will be required to work in a hybrid capacity (two days per week in office). 
 
 
JOB DUTIES

  • Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines
  • Support the Workday platform and integrations
  • Provide tier 2 support for the customers
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues during business hours, or during afterhours on-call rotation
  • Assist in analyzing solutions for processing efficiencies
  • Effectively communicate within the team and company
  • Other duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Up to two years of operations experience with cloud-based data platforms
  • Up to two years of experience with data structures and file processing knowledge; 
  • Proven abilities in SQL, C#, Azure based tools
  • Experience with application/software and file processing knowledge; Azure Dev Ops, SSMS, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collectively as a team
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • Prefer functional knowledge of key CDCN platforms mentioned above
  • Degree preferred or experience in place of degree
  • Reliable internet if working remote/hybrid
 
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
