This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you a Caregiver with cleaning experience that is looking to assist someone in their home live?

Are you needing a couple hours a week to fill in your schedule? This may be the position you have been looking for!

Details:

               • Part Time up to 8 hours a week

               • Starting at $16.32 hour

               • Long term employment with ONE client

               • Located in residents home in Cuba City

Requirements: 

               • Provider who is able to work independently and reliably complete daily tasks

               • Provider who will be reliable for showing up on time 

               • Comfortable with dogs and birds. 

               • Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands and doctor appointments

               • Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check

 Responsibilities:

               • Housekeeping

               • Laundry

               • Assistance with personal cares

  • Meal Prep
  • Grocery shopping, medication pick-ups, errands
