This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

A kind and welcoming family in Madison is looking for a dependable full-time caregiver to support their adult son with Autism in the home. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, attentive, and enjoys building meaningful relationships while making a positive daily impact.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time — 32-40 hours per week

• Flexible first-shift scheduling

• $19/hour

• Mileage reimbursement provided

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care, including hygiene support and post-toileting assistance

• Encourage and teach daily living skills

• Participate in activities such as games, arts & crafts, and community outings

• Prepare meals and assist with family cooking needs

• Help with laundry, dishes, and light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and running errands

• Maintain a professional, attentive presence during shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Patient, respectful, reliable, and compassionate

• Friendly, engaging personality with a positive attitude

• Experience supporting individuals with Autism preferred

• Prior in-home caregiving experience strongly preferred

• Mature, dependable candidates encouraged to apply

• Must remain attentive and engaged throughout the shift

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
